DNS Error Numbers and Error Lists

12: ZDNS-ERR-ILL-OBJ This error number is returned in the following cases:
The object type passed to SSINIT is not supported by the name manager. A simple
error list is returned.
A field of type ZDNS-DDL-TYPE contained an object type not supported by the
name manager or inappropriate for the field. A standard DNS error list is
returned, referring to the field in error.
13: ZDNS-ERR-ILL-PARAM The request contains a parameter that is inappropriate for the command. A standard
DNS error list is returned, referring to the erroneous token.
14: ZDNS-ERR-INUSE A request to delete a name has failed due to the existence of references to that name,
and the name manager is unable to automatically delete the references. A standard
DNS error list or a DNS name error list is returned.
15: ZDNS-ERR-INV-
BOOLEAN
A field that may only contain 0 or -1 was supplied with some other value. The
response buffer contains a standard DNS error list referring to the field.
16: ZDNS-ERR-INV-
COMPONENT
An attempt to add or alter a composite object has failed due to the specification of a
component that is not legal for the type of composite. The response buffer contains a
standard DNS error list pointing to the subsystem-object type field for the erroneous
component.
17: ZDNS-ERR-INV-
CONTEXT
The contents of the ZSPI-TKN-CONTEXT token were invalid or were incompatible
with the other request parameters. A simple error list is included in the response
buffer.
18: ZDNS-ERR-INV-FILENO A command concerning a DNS database file specified a file number that does not
correspond to a DNS file. The response buffer contains a standard DNS error list
referring to the field in error.
19: ZDNS-ERR-INV-FMT A field of type ZDNS-DDL-FMT contained an illegal value. The response buffer
contains a standard DNS error list referring to the field in error.
20: ZDNS-ERR-INV-SSNUM A field of type ZDNS-DDL-SSNUM contained an illegal value. The response buffer
contains a standard DNS error list referring to the field in error.
21: ZDNS-ERR-INV-NAME The contents of a name field contains a name that is illegal for that kind of name. The
response buffer contains a standard DNS error list referring to the field in error.
22: ZDNS-ERR-INV-
PROCESSNO
A command concerning a DNS process specified a process number that does not
correspond to a valid DNS process. The response buffer contains a standard DNS
error list referring to the field in error.
23: ZDNS-ERR-INV-
TYPENUM
A field of type ZDNS-DDL-TYPENUM contained an illegal value. The response buffer
contains a standard DNS error list referring to the field in error.
24: ZDNS-ERR-IOERR An irrecoverable I/O error has occurred on a DNS file. The response buffer contains
an error list as described in “I/O Errors” in Section 3.
