file-type is usually IN, OBEY, or template.
TEMPLI tries to open these files in read-only, protected mode. It issues this message
when another process has the file open with a mode incompatible with the required
mode.
To correct this, coordinate your use of this file with the other users.
file-type is resident templates or nonresident templates.
TEMPLI is trying to purge the old template file to reuse it, as you requested. It cannot
do so because another process has the file open.
This is only a warning because TEMPLI can recover by creating a new (output)
template file. Another warning message tells you the name of the new ZZTPnnnn file.
file-type is IN, OBEY, or template.
The file protection does not permit you to access the indicated file.
