A Pathsend link used by DSM/SCM is down.

Cause. A Pathsend link that DSM/SCM uses is down.

Effect. The activity stops in a restartable state.

Recovery. Determine why the link is down or unavailable, correct any associated

errors, and restart the activity when the link is available. For Pathsend error

descriptions, see the TS/MP Pathsend and Server Programming Manual.
