If the server completes the activity with errors, the operator should examine the
messages from the server process and any appropriate output files to determine
the corrective action needed. Correct the error, then either cancel the activity and
resubmit it after the corrections have been made, or restart the activity.

A set of public dynamic-link libraries (DLLs) is being built for the reason indicated.
