EMS Standard Definitions
EMS Standard Definitions
Definitions whose names begin with ZEMS are EMS definitions. EMS definitions are
available to all subsystems that support EMS. They are provided in the EMS DDL file,
ZSPIDEF.ZEMSDDL, and in the corresponding definition files for other languages. The
only EMS definitions used by DSM/SCM are header tokens.
DSM/SCM-specific information on EMS definitions is described here. For a detailed
description of EMS standard definitions, see the EMS Manual.
ZEMS-TKN-CPU
is the processor number of the reporting DSM/SCM process.
ZEMS-TKN-EVENTNUMBER
contains the event number for each DSM/SCM event message. For more
information on this token, see Section 2, Elements of SPI Messages for
DSM/SCM.
ZEMS-TKN-EVTHDR-VSN
is the event header version. The initial value of this token is 1.
ZEMS-TKN-GENTIME
is the time (Greenwich Mean Time) that the event message was created.
ZEMS-TKN-LOGTIME
is the time (Greenwich Mean Time) that the collector wrote the event message to
its log files.
ZEMS-TKN-NODENAME
is the Expand node name where the event was reported.
ZEMS-TKN-NODENUM
is the Expand node number where the event was reported.
