is the host name where the error occurred.
Cause. An error occurred during an Apply activity. A target system snapshot must be
input at the host to synchronize the host and target.
Effect. The host cannot complete the Apply activity.
Recovery. Run the Target Interface and select the Create Snapshot activity to
produce a current system snapshot. Input this snapshot at the host with the Input
Snapshot activity and then start a new Build or Build/Apply activity.

is the activity that stopped. Possible values:
Apply Configuration IPM Replaces Report to Print
Backout Configuration IPM Requisite Report to Disk
Build Configuration IPM Requisite Report to Print
Create Snapshot Receive Snapshot
Export Files Release Doc to Disk
Get Preview Release Doc to Print
Host Report to Disk Softdoc to Disk
Host Report to Print Softdoc to Print
Independent Snapshot Target Report to Disk
Initial Apply Configuration Target Report to Print
Initial Build Configuration User-Defined Report to Disk

stopped-code
is the stopped status of the activity. Possible values and the statuses they
represent are:
restartable. Correct error, RESTART activity
The DSM/SCM activity stopped because of an error and can be restarted after
the error condition is corrected.
Snapshot needed for host host-name to correct Apply error.
Run Target Interface and select CREATE SNAPSHOT activity.
