primary-volume-name
is the name of the primary volume.
alternate-volume-name
is the name of the alternate volume.
action-name
is the name of the procedure or action that was in progress when the file error
occurred. Possible values:

the volume was not online.
Effect. The activity stops in a restartable state.
Recovery. Bring the specified volume online and restart the activity.
