INITTDB Messages
Cause. A file-system error occurred while INITENV was trying to access the remote
system.
Effect. INITENV stops.
Recovery. For a description of the error code displayed in this message, see
Section 7, File-System Errors. Correct the file-system error; then rerun INITENV.
Cause. An error occurred during the initialization of the target database.
Effect. INITENV stops.
Recovery. Contact your service provider, and provide all relevant information:

Descriptions of the problem and accompanying symptoms
•
Details from the messages generated
•
Supporting documentation such as the $ZPHI Event Management Service (EMS)
logs and trace files (if requested by your service provider)
If your local operating procedures require contacting the Global Customer Support
Center (GCSC), supply your system number and the numbers and versions of all
related products as well.
After the error is corrected, rerun INITENV.
Cause. This informational message indicates that the SQL compilation of the
database is about to begin.
Effect. None, but special Break key processing is enabled during the compile,
allowing you to leave INITENV while the compile is in progress. Restart INITENV after
it has finished or while it is still running.
Recovery. Either press the Break key to leave INITENV and allow the compile to run
in the background, or press Return to run the compile in the foreground.
INITTDB ERROR: Unable to access the remote system, due to
file system error
