Warning and Error Messages
Cause. Either you canceled the Audit to perform another activity, or a problem
occurred.
Effect. The audit request stops in a restartable state.
Recovery. If you canceled the Audit and now want it to resume processing, press F3
to restart the request.
If a problem occurred, review the EMS messages issued by the Audit request to
determine why the request stopped. If possible, correct the problems that caused the
Audit to stop; then press F3 to restart the request. If you cannot correct the problem,
press F6 to cancel the request.
Cause. You entered an invalid user ID or password.
Effect. You cannot log on.
Recovery. Enter a valid NonStop user ID (
groupname.username
) and password;
then press F1 to log on.
Cause. You do not have the authority to perform the selected task.
Effect. DSM/SCM does not let you perform the task.
Recovery. Press Shift-F16 to exit DSM/SCM; then contact your system or security
administrator.
Cause. DSM/SCM completed the requested task.
Effect. You can now perform another task.
Recovery. Informational message only; no corrective action is needed.
Cause. DSM/SCM started a batch task.
Effect. You can monitor the activity’s status or exit.
Recovery. Informational message only; no corrective action is needed.
The audit process has stopped. Either cancel or restart
request.
User ID and/or password invalid.
User is not secured for this task.
Task completed successfully.
Task started successfully.
