If your local operating procedures require contacting the Global Customer Support
Center (GCSC), supply your system number and the numbers and versions of all
related products as well.
Cause. You are trying to add the user ID of a planner, operator, or database
administrator that is already in the database.
Effect. DSM/SCM issues this warning.
Recovery. Informational message only; no corrective action is needed.
Cause. This version of the Maintenance Interface does not match the other DSM/SCM
components.
Effect. You cannot log on to the Maintenance Interface.
Recovery. Press Shift-F16 to exit from DSM/SCM; then call your service provider and
request that the DSM/SCM software be updated to the current product version.
Cause. An error occurred while a software input was being restored.
Effect. The requested activity stops in a nonrestartable state.
Recovery. Review the Event Management Service (EMS) messages that the restore
process issued, correct the problem that caused the error; then resubmit the restore
request.
Cause. An error occurred while a backup tape was being read.
