Alternate System Volume Troubleshooting
SPI Definition, EMS
Template and Privileged
Declaration files are
missing after a
BUILD/APPLY is
performed.
In the DSM/SCM output options dialog box, you cleared or did
not select the options under Create Subvolume(s) for.
Create a new software revision with the options selected:
1. Log on to the Planner Interface.
2. Create a new software revision.
3. Select Request
s>BUILD & APPL
Y, or click Build/Apply
in the revision window.
4. Select OUTPUT from the BUILD/APPLY dialog box.
5. In the Output dialog box, select the desired files under
Create Subvolum
e(s) for.
6. Click OK.
7. Continue with the BUILD/APPLY as usual.
Export the files from the DSM/SCM archive:
1. Log on to the Planner Interface.
2. Select the desired SUT or SPR from the Software Archive.
3. Select Request
s>Request Export
Files.
4. In the Export Request dialog box, select all options
applicable in the Export d
eveloper files group box to
export the files for the selected products.
5. From the Destination volu
me menu, select the desired
destination volume on which to place the subvolume/files.
6. Click OK.
