DSM/SCM Application and Database Volume
\INITENV Configuration Monitoring Files
DSM/SCM uses two files, INITSTAT and ILOGnnnn, to monitor the configuration. Both
are stored in the DSM/SCM installation subvolume (ZDSMSCM).
INITENV uses the INITSTAT file to record the progress of the configuration and
during verification and DSM/SCM start-ups and shutdowns. It is generally not
useful to users, but do not purge this file.
INITENV uses the ILOGnnnn edit file to record all DSM/SCM prompts and your
responses to them. nnnn is a number from 0000 to 9999. (ILOGnnnn replaces
