CLEANOSS Tool
CLEANOSS Tool
Use the CLEANOSS tool before your next Apply if INITENV informs you that it is
required. If DSM/SCM tries to manage an OSS hierarchy containing old DSM/SCM
work files, your next Apply fails. CLEANOSS removes these files.
SPRCHECK Tool
Use the SPRCHECK command line tool to confirm whether the recommended SPRs
for your current configuration are installed on the system. SPRCHECK checks the
DSM/SCM history file (syshnnnn) and compares it to a Support Note for your RVU. For
detailed information, see Creating Software Revisions on page 8-15.
CLONE Utility
Use the CLONE utility to automatically handle processing tasks for all the systems in a
Clone Group. For example, use CLONE to run ZPHIRNM to rename the product files
on every target in the Clone Group at once. For detailed information, see Renaming
Product Files for a Clone Group on page 19-6.
