DELETE TAPEFILE Command
DELETE TAPEFILE Command
ZMCS-CMD-DELETE (super-group only)
DELETE TAPEFILE removes an unexpired tape file entry from a file catalog. The
volume and pool entries associated with the deleted entry are revised if the entry
represented the only or last file on the tape set (in other words, if the tape’s status is
changed from ASSIGNED to RELEASED or SCRATCH).
ZMCS-MAP-DELETE-TAPEFILE
