database.
Effect. The command does not execute.
Recovery. Specify the appropriate search pattern to match the information.
301 ZMCS-ERR-FILECATALOGEXISTS
The file catalog you are trying to create already exists.
Cause. The file catalog you specified already exists.
Effect. The file catalog you are trying to create is not created.
Recovery. Because the file catalog already exists, no recovery is necessary. If you
specified a file catalog name incorrectly, retype the correct name and resubmit it.
