Automatic scratch tape allocation failed because no unused scratch tapes are in the
pool.
Cause. An attempt to automatically allocate a scratch tape failed because no more
scratch tapes are in the pool. (They are all being used.)
Effect. This request for a scratch tape is queued and executed again in three minutes.
Recovery. Either reject the request with a REJECT TAPEMOUNT command, or
execute the LABEL TAPEVOLUME or ADD TAPEVOLUME commands to add more
tapes to the pool.

The automatic expiration process has already run today.
Cause. The automatic expiration process has already run.
Effect. The expiration process invoked through the EXPIRE TAPEFILE command
does not run.
Recovery. Wait a day and try it again, or use the EXPIRE TAPEFILE command and
do not specify all of the file catalogs.
