619 ZMCS-ERR-EXPIRATIONTOOOLD
The expiration process has not run in the last three days.
Cause. The DSM/TC cleanup process has not run in the last three days.
Effect. Because an unknown condition exists, the cleanup process will not run in the
future.
Recovery. If the system time is properly set, use the ALTER MEDIADEFS command
with the RESET EXPIRATION option to initiate the expiration process. If the system
time is not properly set, set the correct time and then execute the ALTER MEDIADEFS
command with the RESET EXPIRATION option. Then use the EXPIRE TAPEFILE
command to initiate the expiration process.
620 ZMCS-ERR-INVALIDVOLSTATUS
An attempt to use a tape volume failed because the tape volume is reserved by
another process.
Cause. The application process tried using a tape reserved by another process.
Effect. The OPEN fails, and processing does not continue.
Recovery. Either select a different tape volume, or let DSM/TC select the tape.

to confirm that the system time is correct.
