MEDIASRV Syntax and Content Errors
Cause. The text of an SQL/MP warning message that explains the cause is returned.
Effect. The MEDIASRV command completes.
Recovery. Analyze the SQL warning message returned. This is an example of a SQL
message returned. (The message includes the SQL message number and the
DSM/TC file catalog name.)
If the warning message is SQL [6008], run the EXPIRE TAPEFILE command on the file
catalog name given in the SQL message. For more information on this procedure, see
SQL warning message 6008 in the DSM/Tape Catalog User’s Guide. For complete
information on all possible SQL errors, see the NonStop SQL/MP Messages Manual.
MEDIASRV Syntax and Content Errors
MEDIASRV returns the ZMCS errors in this subsection if you specify incorrect
command syntax or values.
*** WARNING from SQL [1392]: The TRANSIDS or USAGES table of catalog
*** \MACH.$DATA2.FILECAT has been secured so that some users who
*** have read access do not also have write access. The users without
*** write access cannot compile programs using objects in this catalog.
