Effect. The command does not execute.
Recovery. Specify only one AVRSYSTEM in the TAPECATALOG DEFINE.

Cause. The AUTOSCRATCH option was not set to either ON or OFF.
Effect. The command does not execute.
Recovery. Set the AUTOSCRATCH option to either ON or OFF.
