The SCRATCH option was specified with an option other than UNLOAD or
TAPEDRIVE.
Cause. The SCRATCH option was specified with an option other than UNLOAD or
TAPEDRIVE.
Effect. The command does not execute.
Recovery. Specify the SCRATCH option only with the UNLOAD or TAPEDRIVE
options.
