Effect. Nothing is output.
Recovery. Analyze the error. (A FILE FULL condition is a common cause for this
failure.) For descriptions of file-system errors, see the Guardian Procedure Errors and
Messages Manual.
5209 ZMCS-ERR-OUTCOMMANDTERMOPEN
OPEN of the OUTCOMMAND file failed.
Cause. A file-system error was returned while trying to open the OUTCOMMAND file.
Effect. The command does not execute.
Recovery. Analyze the error. (The FILE IN USE is a common cause for this failure.)
