The expected and actual block sizes are different.
Cause. A SETPARAM resulted in the specified file-system error.
Effect. The SETPARAM fails.
Recovery. The file-system error indicates the problem that needs to be resolved. For

6042 ZMCS-ERR-RESTORENEWPROCESSERR
The RESTORE PROCESS_CREATE failed.
Cause. The RECOVER DISKFILE directive attempted to create RESTORE process
(to effect a Restore operation), but the attempt failed.
Effect. The RECOVER DISKFILE directive fails.
Recovery. The file-system error indicates the problem that needs to be resolved. For
