Effect. MEDIASRV rejects the request.

Recovery. Install and run the correct version of MEDIASRV.

The MEDIASRV process received an unknown token code.

Cause. The MEDIASRV process received an unknown token code.

Effect. The command does not execute.

Recovery. Specify only known token codes.
