Effect. The unexpected message probably has no effect on the operation of the
portmapper process and is dropped.
Recovery. Contact your service provider and provide all relevant information:

Descriptions of the problem and accompanying symptoms
•
Details of the messages generated
•
Supporting documentation such as Event Management Service (EMS) logs, trace
files, and a SAVEABEND file, if applicable
If your local operating procedures require contacting the Global Customer Support
Center (GCSC), supply your system number and the numbers and versions of all
related products as well.

The portmapper coprocess received a client status error from an RPC library routine.
ZCOM-TKN-OBJTYPE
indicates which type of process reported the event. The only possible value for the
RPC subsystem is ZCOM-OBJ-PROC, the portmapper process.
ZEMS-TKN-EVENTNUMBER
is a header token that contains the event number. Its value is ZRPC-EVT-CLNT-
STAT-ERR (16).
ZEMS-TKN-SUBJECT-MARK
is the standard EMS token that always immediately precedes the subject token; in
this case, ZCOM-TKN-SUBJ-PROC.
