3 ZSSI-EVT-TRANSIENT-FAULT,
zssi-val-msg-XDR-XLATE-FAIL (35)
The SSI External Data Representation (XDR) translation routines cannot translate a
message completely because the message has been damaged.
Cause. The $ZSSI External Data Representation (XDR) translation routines cannot
translate a message completely because the message has been damaged. This error
can result from an error in the client network or the client application.
Effect. $ZSSI attempts to translate the message up to the point where the error was
detected. If the header part of the message is translatable, the message is forwarded.
Otherwise, it is dropped.
Recovery. If the error is not caused by an error in the client network, report the
problem to your support representative and provide all relevant information:
•
Descriptions of the problem and accompanying symptoms
•
Details of the messages generated
•
Supporting documentation such as Event Management Service (EMS) logs, trace
files, and a CPU dump, if applicable
If your local operating procedures require contacting the Global Customer Support
Center (GCSC), supply your system number and the numbers and versions of all
related products as well.
