The communications mechanism of the Network Interface (NI) cannot accept a

message from the SSI.

ZSSI-TKN-ADDRESS

contains the remote TCP/IP address.

ZSSI-TKN-PORT

contains the port number.

Cause. The communications mechanism of the Network Interface (NI) cannot accept

a message from the $ZSSI.

Effect. $ZSSI terminates.

Recovery. Depending on the errors found in the message log, reestablish

communication with the NonStop Kernel portmapper and RPC. For more information,

see Remote Procedure Call (RPC) Facility and running the portmapper in the

DSM/Tape Catalog User’s Guide. If the error recurs, contact your support

representative and provide all relevant information:

Descriptions of the problem and accompanying symptoms

•

Details of the messages generated

•

Supporting documentation such as Event Management Service (EMS) logs, trace

files, and a CPU dump, if applicable
