The SSI cannot delete a message in an internal queue.
ZSSI-TKN-Q-ID
contains the identifier of the $ZSSI connection queue (internal meaning).
ZSSI-TKN-Q-MEMBER
contains the ID of the queue member it is trying to delete (internal meaning).
Cause. $ZSSI cannot delete a message in an internal queue.
Effect. The message is discarded.
Recovery. This event should not occur during normal operation. Contact your support
representative and provide all relevant information:
•
Descriptions of the problem and accompanying symptoms
•
Details of the messages generated
•
Supporting documentation such as Event Management Service (EMS) logs, trace
files, and a CPU dump, if applicable
If your local operating procedures require contacting the Global Customer Support
Center (GCSC), supply your system number and the numbers and versions of all
related products as well.
