Cause. $ZSVR could not create the MEDIADBM process.
Effect. No DSM/TC cataloging can be done.
Recovery. Correct the error and $ZSVR will automatically create the MEDIADBM
process when needed. For descriptions of file-system errors, see the Operator
Messages Manual.

When communicating with the DSM/TC database manager process, the tape server
received a WRITEREAD error.
ZTAP-TKN-ERRMSGNUMBER
contains the error message number for this tape server error. The number for this
error is 1006.
ZTAP-TKN-FSERR
contains the file-system error number reported in this message.
Cause. When communicating with the MEDIADBM process, $ZSVR received a
WRITEREAD error.
Effect. $ZSVR automatically creates a new MEDIADBM process.
Recovery. Informational message only; no corrective action is needed. For
descriptions of file-system errors, see the Operator Messages Manual.
