669 ZTAP-EVT-SSIRETRY
ZTAP-TKN-FSERR
contains the file-system error number reported in this message.
Cause. $ZSVR sent a message to the SSI process, but a file-system error was
returned.
Effect. $ZSVR automatically attempts to restart the SSI process and retries the
request three times.
Recovery. If the retry attempt is successful, no corrective action is necessary. If the
retry fails, file-system error 595 is returned to the tape request. For descriptions of file-
system errors, see the Operator Messages Manual.
669 ZTAP-EVT-SSIRETRY
The tape server received a nonfatal error from the Storage Server Interface Process.
ZTAP-TKN-ERRMSGNUMBER
contains the error message number for this tape server error. The number for this
error is 1011.
ZTAP-TKN-BADNUM
contains the error number received from the SSI.
Cause. $ZSVR received a nonfatal error (defined by StorageTek) from the SSI
process.
Effect. The tape request is retried automatically.
Recovery. If you do not want to retry the request, use the MEDIACOM/MEDIASRV
REJECT TAPEMOUNT command. For descriptions of file-system errors, see the
Operator Messages Manual.
