ZTAP-TKN-ERRMSGNUMBER
contains the error message number for this tape server error. The number for this
error is 1025.
ZTAP-TKN-FILEID
contains the file identification name.
Cause. An ALTER TAPEMOUNT request was attempted, and no alternate copy is
available.
Effect. The application continues to request that the original tape volume be mounted.
Recovery. Mount the originally requested tape volume, or reject the request and start
over with a different physical copy.

An OPEN operation failed because a tape successfully mounted by the StorageTek
ACS is not being detected by the tape drive.

contains the tape volume name.
ZTAP-TKN-DEV-NAME
contains the name of the tape drive.
Cause. A tape successfully mounted by the tape cartridge is not being detected by the
tape drive. Possible reasons are:

The tape drive is off line.
•
There is a problem with the data path connection.
