Communications between the tape server and a tape drive failed with a file-system 
error.  
ZTAP-TKN-ERRMSGNUMBER
contains the error message number for this tape server error. The number for this 
error is 1028.
ZTAP-TKN-DEV-NAME
contains the name of the tape drive.
ZTAP-TKN-FSERR
contains the file-system error number reported in this message.
Cause. An error occurred while trying to communicate with a tape drive. 
Effect. The tape drive is unavailable for labeled tape use. (Use the MEDIACOM/ 
MEDIASRV STATUS TAPEDRIVE command to view the tape drive status.) 
Recovery. For descriptions of file-system errors, see the Operator Messages Manual. 
Also consider:
•
If the CPU is down, reload the primary processor or backup processor of device.
•
If the CPU is not down, use a MEDIACOM/MEDIASRV STATUS TAPEDRIVE 
command on the tape drive.
•
Stop the primary process of $ZSVR.
If the error persists, contact your service provider and provide all relevant information:
•
Descriptions of the problem and accompanying symptoms
•
Details of the messages generated
•
Supporting documentation such as Event Management Service (EMS) logs, trace 
files, and a CPU dump, if applicable
