696 ZTAP-EVT-SSINOTAPE

No tape volume was found in the Automated Cartridge System for this request.

ZTAP-TKN-ERRMSGNUMBER

contains the error message number for this tape server error. The number for this

error is 1035.

ZTAP-TKN-DEFINE-NAME

contains the define name.

Cause. After the Transaction Management Facility (TMF) catalog was queried 20

times, no tape was found in the appropriate ACS for this request.

Effect. The request retries automatically after three minutes.

Recovery. An operator can either use the MEDIACOM ALTER TAPEMOUNT

mount-sequence command to force a retry before the three minutes are up or issue

a MEDIACOM REJECT TAPEMOUNT mount-sequence command to reject the

request. No action is needed to allow the request to retry automatically.
