ZTAP-TKN-ERRMSGNUMBER
contains the error message number for this tape server error. The number for this
error is 1036.
ZTAP-TKN-MSGNUM
contains the mount sequence number of the ALTER TAPEMOUNT command.
ZTAP-TKN-BADNUM
contains the error number received from the TMF catalog.
Cause. An error was returned from the Transaction Management Facility (TMF)
catalog when a MEDIACOM ALTER TAPEMOUNT mount sequence command was
attempted. errornum contains the error number returned from the TMF catalog.
Possible values are:
•
-3 TMF out of scratch tapes
•
-4 Alternate copy not found
•
-5 Cannot use alternate series copy after first tape
•
-6 No such TMF tape
•
-7 No such TMF dump
Effect. The ALTER TAPEMOUNT command did not succeed.
Recovery. Correct the problem indicated by the errornum field and issue the ALTER
TAPEMOUNT command again.
