This token appears in both command and response buffers of multiple commands. It
identifies the physical location for the file catalog with a volume and subvolume name.
ZMCS-TKN-COMMENT
This token appears in both ADD TAPEFILE command buffers and INFO TAPEFILE
response buffers. It is used to store descriptive text for a tape file.
