Error Messages
Error Numbers 6000 Through 6200
The errors in this section are returned as a result of conditions that exist outside of
MEDIASRV.
The errors in this section are listed in numeric order. However, not all of the available
error numbers in the range 6000 through 6200 are used. Error numbers not listed are
reserved for future use.
6001
Cause. No options were specified for the command in the SPI buffer.
Effect. The command does not execute.
Recovery. Specify at least one option.
6002
Cause. The WRITEREAD to MEDIADBM failed with a file-system error.
Effect. The command does not execute.
Recovery. Analyze the file-system error.
6003
Cause. The WRITEREAD to ZSERVER failed with a file-system error.
Effect. The command does not execute.
Recovery. Analyze the file-system error.
**ERROR-6001** At least one option is required.
**ERROR-6002** WRITEREAD to MEDIADBM failed with file system
error error-number.
**ERROR-6003** WRITEREAD to ZSERVER failed with file system
error error-number.
