Cause. The MEDIASRV process received an unknown token code.
Effect. The command does not execute.
Recovery. Specify only known token codes.

Cause. MEDIASRV received the SPI buffer with an unknown command.
Effect. The command does not execute.
Recovery. Specify only known commands.

Cause. MEDIASRV received the SPI buffer with an unknown object.
Effect. The command does not execute.
Recovery. Specify only known objects.

Cause. Invalid context was sent to MEDIASRV.
Effect. MEDIASRV rejects the request.
Recovery. Use and send the proper context.
