Cause. The version number in the message header is not supported.
Effect. $ZSSI discards the message.
Recovery. This is a programming error. If the error is repeated, contact your service
provider. For more information, see the DSM/Tape Catalog User’s Guide.

Cause. $ZSSI notifies you that the CSI is not communicating using the Sun
Microsystems External Data Representation (XDR) communications syntax.
Effect. If this message occurs more than three times, $ZSSI automatically retries the
communication.
Recovery. Informational message only; no corrective action is needed.

Cause. $ZSSI notifies you that the CSI is not communicating using the Transmission
Control Protocol (TCP) or the User Datagram Protocol (UDP).
Effect. If this message occurs more than three times, $ZSSI automatically retries the
communication.
Recovery. Informational message only; no corrective action is needed.

Cause. $ZSSI received a status that it did not expect.
Effect. The message is discarded.
Recovery. Informational message only; no corrective action is needed.
