Recommended Action
The recommended action depends on the reason the primary processor was
terminated:

If the primary processor stopped unexpectedly, report the problem to your service
provider. The primary process should not stop unexpectedly during normal
operations.

If the primary process abended, report the problem to your service provider. The
primary process should not abend during normal operations.

If the processor in which the primary process was running failed, either change the
backup processor assignment to restore the process to full backup status or wait
until the processor is restored. The primary portmapper processor automatically
attempts to restart a backup on the designated processor.
