6: ZRPC-EVT-CREATE-ERR

A call to the NEWPROCESS procedure failed to create the backup process or a

remote process. The backup process is used for fault tolerance. A remote process is

used to handle broadcast RPC requests.

Unconditional Tokens

ZCOM-TKN-OBJTYPE

indicates which type of process reported the event. The only possible value for the

RPC subsystem is:

ZCOM-OBJ-PROC

the portmapper process.

ZEMS-TKN-EVENTNUMBER

is a header token that contains the event number. Its value is

ZRPC-EVT-CREATE-ERR (6).

ZEMS-TKN-SUBJECT-MARK

is the standard EMS token that always immediately precedes the subject token; in

this case, ZCOM-TKN-SUBJ-FILE.
