Most likely resources were unavailable in the CPU in which the new process was trying
to start. Check the value of ZRPC-TKN-CREATE-ERR for the specific cause.
Recommended Action
In most cases, the portmapper logs the event and continue running. Check the value of
ZRPC-TKN-CREATE-ERR for the specific cause. The recommended action depends
on the cause of the error:

If creation of the backup process failed, correct the problem and restart the
portmapper process.

If creation of a remote process failed, correct the problem to eliminate future errors.
Restarting the portmapper process should not be necessary.
