Error Messages
Error Numbers 1 Through 999
The error messages documented in this section are returned from the DSM/TC catalog
manager (MEDIADBM).
The errors in this section are listed in numeric order
. However, not all of the available
error numbers in the range 1 through 999 are used. Error numbers not listed are
reserved for future use.
100
Cause. A command was specified that did not match any information in the SQL
database.
Effect. The command does not execute.
Recovery. Specify the appropriate search pattern to match the information.
301
Cause. The file catalog you specified already exists.
Effect. The file catalog you are trying to create is not created.
Recovery. Because the file catalog already exist
s, no recovery is necessary. If you
specified a file catalog name incorrectly, retype and resubmit the correct name.
303
Cause. The file catalog you specified does not exist.
Effect. The command does not execute.
Recovery. Specify an existing file catalog.
**WARNING-100** No records matched the search pattern.
**ERROR-301** The file catalog already exists.
**ERROR-303** The file catalog specified does not exist.
