Cause. Due to a problem indicated by error-number, you cannot create a catalog
manager on a remote node.
Effect. The command does not execute.
Recovery. Analyze the error message. These error conditions might exist: a
NEWPROCESS error, CREATE_ERROR, or security violation. Or possibly DSM/TC
does not exist on that system.

Cause. An attempt to perform an operation requiring an HP NonStop
TM
Transaction
Management Facility (TMF) transaction has failed.
Effect. The command does not execute.
Recovery. In general, recovery depends on the status of TMF. You must have TMF
running on your system. If TMF is not running, start it (through TMFCOM). Another
possibility is that TMF is running but experiencing problems.

Cause. An attempt was made to delete or alter a tape volume.
Effect. The command does not execute.
Recovery. Analyze the error.

Cause. A tape file entry cannot be deleted.
Effect. The command does not execute.
