Cause. An attempt to create a pool in a volume catalog failed because the pool
already exists in the volume catalog.
Effect. The command does not execute.
Recovery. No action is required.

Cause. An attempt to create a catalog failed because the logical or physical name
already has a catalog.
Effect. The catalog is not added.
Recovery. To create another catalog, choose a different logical name or different
subvolume. Otherwise, make the name consistent with the existing file or volume
catalog (the same logical or physical name).

Cause. An attempt to add a tape file into a database that has a more recent version of
that tape file generation failed.
Effect. The addition does not work.
Recovery. To add the tape file to the older version, delete the newer version first.

Cause. The DSM/TC Manager received an unknown request.
Effect. The request does not process.
Recovery. Contact your service provider.
**ERROR-622** The pool specified already exists in the volume
catalog.
**ERROR-623** Either the catalog name specified already
exists, or the SUBVOL specified already has a file or volume
catalog.
**ERROR-624** the tape file generation already has a version
cataloged that is greater or equal to the one specified.
**ERROR-625** The DSM/TC Manager has received an unknown
request.
