Cause. A LONGNAME-capable Media Catalog version is installed, but the underlying
tables have not yet been upgraded.
Effect. The requested operation terminates.
Recovery. Execute the ALTER MEDIADB, LONGNAME directive.

Cause. No tape volumes matching the search pattern were found.
Effect. The command does not execute.
Recovery. Verify that the tape volumes exist and execute the command again.

Cause. The text of an SQL/MP warning message that explains the cause is returned.
Effect. The MEDIASRV command completes.
Recovery. Analyze the SQL warning message returned. This example shows a SQL
message returned. (T
he message includes the SQL message number and the
DSM/TC file catalog name.)
If the warning message is SQL [6008], run the EXPIRE T
APEFILE command on the file
catalog name given in the SQL message. For more information on this procedure, see
