Error Numbers 2200 Through 3000
2211
Cause. The buffer returned is not from MEDIASRV.
Effect. The command cannot be processed.
Recovery. Contact your service provider.
2214
Cause. No server is running.
Effect. The command does not execute.
Recovery. Execute a command to start a server or create your own server.
2217
Cause. An attempt was made to alter an existing MEDIASRV process.
Effect. The server is not altered.
Recovery. Create a new server or stop the old one before trying to change it.
2218
Cause. When this session started, MEDIASRV was unable to find the system default
name for the file catalog.
Effect. The command cannot run.
Recovery. You can specify a default file cat
alog using the FILECAT command.
However, you should also determine why there is no system default on your system.
**ERROR-2211** The buffer returned is not from MEDIASRV.
**ERROR-2214** No server is currently running.
**ERROR-2217** The specified server already exists and cannot
be altered.
**ERROR-2218** The system default filecatalog value was
unattainable, please use the FILECAT command to set a session
default.
