Cause. When this session started, MEDIASRV was unable to find the system default
name for the file catalog.
Effect. The command cannot run.
Recovery. You can specify a default file catalog using the VOLCAT command.
However, you should also determine why there is no system default on your system.

Cause. When this session started, MEDIASRV could not find the system default name
for the file catalog.
Effect. The command cannot run.
Recovery. You can specify a default file catalog using the POOL command. However,
you should also determine why there is no system default on your system.

Recovery. Analyze the error message.
