Error Numbers 5001 Through 6000
5008
Cause. The value specified for the ABENDRETENTION option is invalid.
Effect. The command does not execute.
Recovery. Specify a valid value for ABENDRETENTION.
5009
Cause. Wild-card characters were specified for TAPEVOLUME.
Effect. The command does not execute.
Recovery. Do not specify wild-card characters.
5010
Cause. ON or OFF was not used with AUTOMATED.
Effect. The command does not execute.
Recovery. Use either ON or OFF.
5011
Cause. IDRC or OFF was not used with COMPRESSION.
Effect. The command does not execute.
Recovery. Use either IDRC or OFF.
5012
Cause. The SYSTEM option was used with TAPEDRIVE.
Effect. The command does not execute.
Recovery. Do not use the SYSTEM option with TAPEDRIVE.
**ERROR-5008** ABENDRETENTION is invalid.
**ERROR-5009** TAPEVOLUME cannot be wildcarded.
**ERROR-5010** AUTOMATED must be ON or OFF.
**ERROR-5011** COMPRESSION must be IDRC or OFF.
**ERROR-5012** The SYSTEM and TAPEDRIVE options are mutually
exclusive.
