Cause. An attempt was made to reset the disk file name.
Effect. The command does not execute.
Recovery. Do not attempt to reset the disk file name.

Cause. More than 80 disk file names were specified.
Effect. The command does not execute.
Recovery. Specify up to 80 disk file names.

Cause. An invalid file STATUS value was specified.
Effect. The command does not execute.
Recovery. Specify a valid STATUS value.

Cause. An invalid GEN value was specified.
Effect. The command does not execute.
