Error Numbers 5001 Through 6000
5180
Cause. The tape file ID contained wild-card characters, and STATUS VALID was
used.
Effect. The command does not execute.
Recovery. Do not use STATUS VALID if the tape file ID contains wild-card characters.
5181
Cause. An invalid PROMPT value was specified.
Effect. The command does not execute.
Recovery. Specify a valid PROMPT value.
5182
Cause. RESET with a reset value was specified for the PROMPT option
Effect. The command does not execute.
Recovery. Use the HELP command to see what is va
lid for PROMPT, and specify a
valid value.
5183
Cause. STATUS was used with GEN ALL.
Effect. The command does not execute.
Recovery. Do not use STATUS with GEN ALL.
**ERROR-5180** IF TAPEFILE is wildcarded, STATUS VALID cannot
be specified.
**ERROR-5181** PROMPT is invalid.
**ERROR-5182** PROMPT cannot be reset.
**ERROR-5183** STATUS is not allowed with GEN ALL.
