DELETE TAPEVOLUME for each tape. A maximum of 100 names is permitted.
Wild-card characters are permitted in this name.
POOL pool-name

Wild-card characters are permitted in this name.

previously set as a MEDIACOM session default (see the ENV Command on
page 2-89).
VOLCAT \node.volume-catalog-name
is the logical name of the volume catalog that owns the pool. The default is the
name set by the VOLCAT command.
Include \node when the volume catalog is not on your current default node.

previously set as a MEDIACOM session default (see the ENV Command on
page 2-89).
Example
You want to divide a pool named ACCT_POOL into two new pools. This DELETE
TAPEVOLUME command removes the volume and pool entries for all entries with a
status of bad, released, or scratch:
MC> DELETE TAPEVOLUME *, POOL ACCT_POOL
**ERROR-606** Unable to delete the entry for BACK26 in pool
ACCT_POOL of volume catalog \SKY.MASTER_TAPE_CATALOG because of
the following error:
 **ERROR-608** Cannot alter the tape’s status because its
 current status is assigned, selected, or in use.
 .
DELETE TAPEVOLUME { tape-name }
 { ( tape-name [ , tape-name ] ... ) }
 [ , POOL pool-name ]
 [ , VOLCAT [ \node.]volume-catalog-name ]
